Pray

Jesus connected the fervency of our prayers and the quality and quantity of laborers for the Harvest (Matt 9:36). Prayer is part of the work of the Great Commission, it connects our heart to God’s desire for the nations and brings relief and support to those who labor on the field.  Prayer opens doors for the gospel (Col 4:3), tears down demonic strongholds (Eph 6:12-20), and releases God’s purposes on the earth (Matt 6:9-13).  When you partner in prayer with us you are laboring alongside us as we train and send to the most unreached and unengaged regions of the earth.

God has designed two essential functions for the finishing of the Great Commission: Going and sending. Your generous partnership is vital to the sending of missionaries and the establishment of missions bases across the most unreached and unengaged nations of the earth. As the Apostle Paul How will they go unless they are sent? How will they hear unless they are spoken to?

Beloved, it is a faithful thing you do in all your efforts for these brothers, strangers as they are, who testified to your love before the church. You will do well to send them on their journey in a manner worthy of God. For they have gone out for the sake of the name, accepting nothing from the Gentiles. Therefore we ought to support people like these, that we may be fellow workers for the truth. - 3 John 1:5-8

It’s important to understand that the Great Commission was given to the whole Church not just to individuals. It is our corporate mandate. A 2018 Barna Survey showed that 82% of churchgoers in America could not identify or explain what the Great Commission was. That means millions of people are disconnected from the Church’s primary assignment. You have a part to play in mobilizing for the Great Commission! We must make much of Jesus and His Commission if we are going to see the church engage with our global mandate like never before.
